The Google Play version records every call from the day you install it, as long as QuickLead is allowed as the caller-ID app. Calls made before installing are not imported.

No. Bank account opening (savings, current, business), FD, RD, overdraft and every kind of insurance are covered, each with its own document list, stages and messages.
No. Everything works offline. Internet is used only for plans, ads on the free version and app announcements.

Insurance can be solicited only by a person licensed by IRDAI (for example a POSP or agent). QuickLead's insurance posters carry the line IRDAI requires on insurance advertisements.
