QuickLead — Privacy Policy
Effective 29 September 2026 · App: QuickLead Dialer (com.wemeet.quicklead) · Developer: Pankaj Kumar (individual developer, India)
QuickLead is a dialer and customer notebook for loan, banking and insurance agents. It is built so that the information you work with stays on your own phone. This policy explains what the app can see, what it keeps, what — very little — leaves your phone, and how to remove it.
In short: your calls, contacts and leads are stored only on your phone. We do not have a server that receives them and we do not sell or share them. The free version shows advertising from Google AdMob, which collects some device information (section 5); any paid plan removes the ads.
1. What the app can see on your phone, and why
| Access | Why | Leaves the phone? |
|---|---|---|
| Phone state (a call starts / ends) | To notice missed and finished calls so none is forgotten. | No |
| Caller ID & spam role (if you choose it) | To show which lead is calling and to block numbers you choose. | No |
| Contacts (optional) | To put names on numbers and keep personal calls out of your leads. | No |
| Make phone calls (optional) | To call a lead with one tap on the SIM you pick. | No |
| Display over other apps (optional) | A small banner during and after a call to tag it. | No |
| Notifications (optional) | Follow-up reminders you set. | No |
Every one of these can be refused or turned off in Android settings; the app keeps working without it, with that one feature missing.
2. What the app stores
On your phone only: the leads you create (name, phone number, product — loan, bank account, deposit or insurance — amount, status, notes, the updates you write, and dates), call records the app captured, reminders, message templates, your own profile (your name, firm, phone, email, address and photo if you add them) and your settings. QuickLead never asks for and never stores a customer's documents such as Aadhaar, PAN or bank statements.
3. What leaves your phone
- Messages and files you send. When you tap WhatsApp, SMS, email or Share, the text or file goes to the app you picked, and from there to the person you chose. QuickLead does not send anything on its own.
- Backups you make. A backup file goes wherever you save it (for example Google Drive or your phone's storage). Android's own device backup may also copy app data to your Google account if you have turned that on; you control it in Android settings.
- App announcements. The app downloads short notices and settings (for example "a new version is available") from our server. This request contains no information about you, your leads or your calls. As with any internet request, our hosting provider (Supabase) can see the network address of the phone for security and abuse prevention; we do not use it to identify you.
- Purchases. QuickLead plans (Basic, Pro, Business) are sold by Google Play. Google handles the payment; we receive only which plan is active. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Google's privacy policy applies to the payment.
- Advertising (free version only). See section 5.
4. Lead capture (QuickLead Pro)
Your lead link opens WhatsApp with a short form already typed. A customer who uses it sends that message from his WhatsApp to yours. QuickLead does not receive the message unless you choose to share it into the app, and then it is stored on your phone only. You are responsible for using customers' details lawfully and only to answer their enquiry.
5. Advertising
The free version of QuickLead shows ads served by Google AdMob — a small banner on some screens and one ad at the top of the call list. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and sends to Google: your device's advertising ID, the App Set ID, the phone's IP address (used to estimate a general location), how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information such as app performance. This data is encrypted in transit. It is collected by Google under Google's own policy; we do not receive it in a form that identifies you.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads). Ads are never shown during a call, in the call banner, in notifications or outside the app. Any paid plan removes ads completely.
Ads never receive your leads, contacts, call history or messages.
5a. Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information and do not share your leads, contacts or calls with anyone. Apart from Google AdMob (above) and Google Play (for purchases), the app contains no third-party analytics or tracking.
6. Security
Data stays in the app's private storage on your phone, which other apps cannot read. Your PIN is stored only as a secure hash in encrypted storage and is excluded from device backups. Connections to our server use HTTPS.
7. Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your phone until you delete it. You can delete a single lead in the app, or everything by uninstalling QuickLead or using Android Settings → Apps → QuickLead → Storage → Clear data. Backup files you made are kept wherever you saved them until you delete them. Because we keep no copy of your leads or calls on our servers, there is nothing of yours for us to delete there; if you have a question, write to us and we will answer.
8. Children
QuickLead is a business tool for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Important changes will also be announced inside the app.
